RPh Floaters, PC is a full service pharmacists staffing agency that specializes in temporary and permanent placement of pharmacists. Currently, we service all pharmacy practices in New York and Vermont.

Each of our customers has different needs. WE offer everything from temporary (per diem) to long-term (part-time or full-time) to permanent placements. Whatever your need, RPh Floaters is here to help.

How much will a temporary employee cost?
RPh Floaters is committed to providing our customers with service that will exceed their expectations, yet remaining cost effective and competitive. Our hourly rate includes:
- Employee’s Salary
- Employer FICA contribution
- All payroll withholding and taxes
- Federal Unemployment contributions
- State Unemployment contributions
- Worker’s Compensation coverage
- Professional Liability Insurance
- State Disability coverage (if required)
All temporary pharmacists are employees of RPh Floaters, PC and are paid bi-weekly by the company.
