In 2002, RPh Floaters,a pharmacist owned and operated staffing agency, was started to meet the increasing need of pharmacists in New York and Vermont. It was started by a pharmacist that on top of his regular forty hours per week was finding himself working one to two days extra per week helping out local and franchise pharmacies. The joy and satisfaction that came with helping out not only his colleagues but also his neighbors was so great that the decision for a career change was easy. Having grown up with a father and two brothers as pharmacists, the understanding of the need in the industry and the commitment to helping others out is second to none.
